Katherine Sadowski
Katherine (Katie) Sadowski is the Program Manager and paralegal for the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic at Yale Law School. She manages communications, budgets, and reporting and analytics and performs paralegal functions for the Clinic. With over 10 years experience in corporate and securities matters, Katie has worked with private investment funds, investment advisers, commercial banks, and seed and venture stage companies on capital raises. She has also worked with deal teams on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Prior to joining the Clinic in 2018, Katie worked in the investment management and private funds group of Day Pitney LLP. Prior to Day Pitney, she worked in the business and finance department of Shipman & Goodwin LLP. Katie holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Elon University, a Masters of the Arts degree from The New School, a paralegal certificate from San Francisco State University, and a Master of Fine Arts from Fairfield University.
